• NORMATIVA TOP DANCE ACADEMY S.L.

   

   

• Las personas interesadas en tomar clases de baile en Top Dance tienen derecho a realizar 1 primera clase de prueba. Precios: 12€ clase de 1 hora ----- 15€ clase de hora y media.
• Proceso de inscripción: Rellenar la ficha de datos y realizar el pago de la matrícula más la mensualidad correspondiente a la actividad elegida.

• Importe de la matrícula: 40€. No se contempla en ningún caso la devolución de dicho coste. La matrícula corresponde a la inscripción en la academia Top Dance (no a la clase en particular).

• En caso de baja temporal se puede pagar una excedencia de 10€ por mes en concepto de mantenimiento de plaza y matrícula, si algún mes el alumno no viene y no paga dicha excedencia se le considerará de baja y tendrá que abonar de nuevo la matricula al volver exceptuando los meses de julio y agosto.
• Las cuotas de las mensualidades están a su disposición en la tabla de tarifas.
• El importe de las mensualidades o adelanto de las mismas no es reembolsable. En casos excepcionales (ajenos al alumno) se estudiará su compensación.
• La Academia se reserva el derecho de suspender las clases que no sean sostenibles por falta de alumnos (un mínimo de 5). En cualquier caso, siempre se informará y ofrecerá la alternativa de reubicarlos en otras clases de similares condiciones. Los pagos se realizan del  1 al 10 del mes en curso. No se permitirá el acceso a clase si hay alguna cuota pendiente de pago.  En caso de querer solicitar baja temporal o definitiva en la Academia, es necesario comunicarlo en recepción.
• Los alumnos deberán asistir con ropa y calzado deportivo para las clases.
• Todos los alumnos a partir de 9 años de Top Dance disponen de clases GRATUITAS de ballet (impartidas en TDA –academia Palma- los viernes a las 16:30)
• La Academia sólo cierran los días festivos señalizados y el mes de agosto por descanso del personal. A su vez, todas las clases se imparten siempre por el profesor asignado o, en su ausencia, por un profesor sustituto.
• La academia no se hacen responsables de los hurtos que puedan acontecer.
• La academia tiene un seguro de responsabilidad civil que cubre en caso de accidente debido a un mal estado de nuestras instalaciones (se avisará de inmediato a los padres o tutor).
• La no asistencia a clase no presupone el impago de los recibos. 

People interested in taking dance classes at Top Dance have the right to take 1 first test class. Prices: € 12 1 hour class ----- € 15 hour and a half class.

Registration process: Fill in the data sheet and make the payment of the registration plus the monthly payment corresponding to the chosen activity.

Registration fee: € 40. The return of said cost is not contemplated in any case. Enrollment corresponds to enrollment in the Top Dance academy (not to the particular class).

In case of temporary withdrawal, a leave of 10 € per month can be paid for the maintenance of the place and registration, if some month the student does not come and does not pay said leave, they will be considered withdrawn and will have to pay the registration again to the return except for the months of July and August.

The monthly installments are at your disposal in the rate table.

The amount of the monthly payments or advance of the same is not refundable. In exceptional cases (unrelated to the student), their compensation will be studied.

The Academy reserves the right to suspend classes that are not sustainable due to lack of students (a minimum of 5). In any case, the alternative of relocating them in other classes of similar conditions will always be informed and offered. Payments are made from 1 to 10 of the current month. Class access will not be allowed if there is any fee pending payment. If you want to request temporary or permanent withdrawal from the Academy, it is necessary to notify the reception.

Students must attend with sports clothing and shoes for classes.

All Top Dance students from 9 years old have FREE ballet classes (taught at TDA -academia Palma- on Fridays at 4:30 p.m.)

The Academy only closes on designated holidays and the month of August due to staff rest. In turn, all classes are always taught by the assigned teacher or, in his absence, by a substitute teacher.

The academy is not responsible for the thefts that may occur.

The academy has civil liability insurance that covers in the event of an accident due to a poor condition of our facilities (parents or guardian will be notified immediately).

Failure to attend class does not presuppose non-payment of receipts.
